hmmm...maybe its just Massachusetts wackiness? Its only a matter of time till it reaches everything.
Or the company...Garnier at least always says "dry, unwashed hair", so I assumed that was most companies since Garnier owns like, the world of semi-professional CVS brand hair dyes, but when I bought the napalm orange hair dye from Newbury Comics it told me to shampoo first, so go figure.
And thank-you!!!! Lol, i was afraid everyone who clicked on the LJ cut would be scared away by how long the entry is and run far, far away never to return.
